Deposit
To secure your booking, a deposit of one night is required within two weeks of the booking being confirmed. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the rental fee is required when keys are picked up or delivered. Otematata Ventures receives the rental payment and forwards payment on to owners on the completion of your stay.
Minimum Term
Minimum booking is four nights over Easter and the Christmas holiday period (up to the 10th of Jan) or two nights at other times of year.
Check Out Time
As courtesy to others please check out no later than midday. Check in is from 2.00 pm
What to Bring
All homes are fully furnished. The tenant is required to bring their own sheets and pillowcases, towels, teatowels and personal hygiene products (including toilet paper).
Blankets, duvets, pillows, and cooking utensils are provided.
A laundry fee of $35 is offered should your require sheets (for four) and towels/ tea towels to be used at the home
Damage
Tenants are liable for any damage to property incurred during their stay
Cleaning
It is expected that holidaymakers leave the houses tidy and clean. Cleaning of all kitchen and bathroom surfaces, leaving beds as they were found, vacuuming and cleaning of floors.
A cleaning bond of $50 is charged with each booking. If you are not able to clean, or have not cleaned to the required standard, we will arrange to have the house cleaned using the bond money.
Cleaning bonds will be credited back after inspection of the property at the end of your stay

All homes are strictly non smoking inside
Pets
Pets are not allowed in some properties. Please stipulate if you intend for a pet to be present
