Services We Offer Holiday Rentals As we run events in Otematata the need for rental holiday homes are necessary. Casual holiday makers will also be directed to our site and further increases this need If you would like to list with Otematata Ventures to have your home managed for accommodation please contact us to receive the agreement and pricing for services As we are local we are hands on with keys, payment, checks, security and cleaning Long Term Rentals
	You may like to consider long term rental for your home. The hydro and power works projects expected in the near future will drive the need for more of this accommodation. We can arrange full tenanacy management of your house. Please contact us for further details
Property Maintenance
	Property maintenance and care of the grounds can be added around the accommodation arrangement or as a seperate service. We are gst registered and offer an invoice for the services required. See our Trades and Services page Please contact us for futher inquiries
Security Security checks are offered as a package with accommodation or as a seperate weekly fee of $5 (one physical check and two drive bys per week along with mail clearance and inclement weather check) This service is invoiced quarterly Please contact us for enlisting in this service or for further details
